Standard Installation covers 30m of trenching, conduits, and installation of the Fibre Modem*.
If your installation needs more cabling, trenching, or conduit, you may be quoted for additional work, depending on the contractors assigned to your installation.
You will be invoiced directly by the contractors for any additional work. No work will be done until you sign off on the quote.
You are welcome to contract your own electricians/builders/labourers to install the required conduit. The fibre providers will then return to draw the fibre cable through your conduit and install the fibre modem.
*This remains property of the Network Operator.
Frogfoot Air installation includes a WiFi-enabled router.
This device will remain property of Frogfoot and must not be removed from the premises.
The router supports up to 10 WiFi devices and does not have ethernet ports.
The router cannot be reconfigured and the WiFi network cannot be extended or boosted by means of repeaters, range extenders, access points, etc.
