Welcome to the Imaginet website, owned and operated by Alexandre Miller CC Trading as Imaginet. We keep the website going for you, the visitors, but we have a few terms and conditions, Terms of Use if you will, that you will need to follow while using the site. When you use the site, you are accepting these Terms of Use, and if you do not accept them you may not use the site. We can change any of the site's content and any terms and conditions without letting you know about it beforehand, but if that happens, we will draw your attention to it on the website.

We make no representations and give no warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to the Website or the information provided on the Website, and specifically, but without limitation, make no representations and give no warranty that the information provided on the Website will be true, complete, accurate or reliable.

USE OF CONTENT ON THE SITE

You can view, download and print any of the site's content as long as it is only for informational reasons and isn't changed in any way. You cannot republish, distribute, prepare content that is based on ours, or use the content on the site for any reasons other than the ones mentioned above. COMMENTS AND FORUM POSTS

You can comment on the Imaginet forums and provide us with other content, as long as it isn't obscene, illegal, threatening or defamatory and as long as it doesn't invade anyone's privacy or undermine anyone's ideas, thoughts, opinions or other intellectual property. Your content also cannot contain viruses, chain letters or any other forms of SPAM. You cannot use a false e-mail address, pretend to be another person or otherwise give misleading information about where the comments or submissions come from. By putting information on our site, you grant Imaginet a general, unending, unchangeable and fully sublicensable right to copy, use, edit, publish, change, translate, distribute, show the content on any media around the world or create content based on that information. By putting information on our site, you also confirm that the information is correct, that you own or have permission to use the information and that the use of the content will not harm any other person or entity.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY IMAGINET ON THE SITE

We offer our visitors products and services on the site. When you choose to get a product or service from our site, you automatically accept the agreement for that particular product or service and the Terms and Conditions for that product or service apply. You also accept our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as any additional agreements for particular products. Your access to and use of the site (or any other site) is controlled and influenced by South African law or the laws of the Province where the website is hosted (Eastern Cape in this particular case) even if there is a conflict of law principles.
