Door-to-door courier fee of R200 applies.
Installation fee of R 995 covers 40m of trenching, conduits, and installation of the Fibre Modem*. R 200 per metre thereafter.
If your installation needs more cabling, trenching, or conduit, you may be quoted for additional work, depending on the contractors assigned to your installation.
You will be invoiced directly by the contractors for any additional work. No work will be done until you sign off on the quote.
You are welcome to contract your own electricians/builders/labourers to install the required conduit. The fibre providers will then return to draw the fibre cable through your conduit and install the fibre modem.
*This remains property of the Network Operator.
We'll send you your own free WiFi Router to connect to the Fibre network equipment.
