Migrate your line to Imaginet
Migrating the ADSL portion of your Telkom line to Imaginet's control will reduce your monthly line rental, and allow us to liaise with Telkom on your behalf to perform port recreates, log faults, and place orders to upgrade or downgrade your line speed.
Please note that only the ADSL line rental portion of your Telkom account will be migrated to Imaginet's control. Your telephone line rental, telephone call charges, Telkom data packages, etc. will remain payable to Telkom.

Instruct Telkom to release your line into the holding pool
NOTE: You will need a digital copy of your ID (JPEG or PDF no larger than 5MB). You will need to be registered on Telkom's online control panel and you will need your Telkom control panel login username and password
Browse to www.telkom.co.za. Click "log in" at the top right of the screen.
Click "log in" below "Mobile & Home".
Enter your registered email address and password and click "Login".
Click "Manage my account" under "Home and Business accounts".
Scroll to the right and click "Go" below "Cancel your services".
Select your account from the "Select Account" dropdown.
Enter your contact details, including your name, email address, landline number and mobile number.
Very important! Follow this step carefully
Click the box next to your ADSL line. The ADSL line might not be clearly labelled, but it will be the item with your telephone number followed by "_1". Example: 0110123456_1. Select only this item.
Click "Continue"
Very important! Follow this step carefully
Select your reason for migrating your line.
In the comment field enter the following: RELEASE ADSL LINE INTO THE HOLDING POOL FOR MIGRATION TO WHOLESALE
Click "Continue".
Upload a digital copy of your ID and click "Submit".
Take note of your reference number in case you need to follow up on this order with Telkom.

Fill in the form and return it to us via email or fax.
Inform Imaginet once your line is ready for migration
Once your line is ready for migration you will receive an SMS from Telkom instructing you to contact your ISP within 5 days. Please let us know as soon as you receive this message.
